The aim is to improve service levels so that your landlord can see what doing great or how they can improve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I make a review?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click my property in your dashboard<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down the issues section<\/li>\n<li>Click resolved issue tab<\/li>\n<li>Click details on the resolved issue you wish to review<\/li>\n<li>Click the review tab<\/li>\n<li>Click submit when finished<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can rate the service by response, communication and how the issue was resolved.
