Yeehlow allows you to post reviews about the service you have received during the resolution of property issues. Reviews are not shown publicly, it is just between yourself and your landlord or agent. The aim is to provide feedback to your landlord, so that they can see what they are doing well and how they can improve.<\/p>\n

There are two ways to post a review<\/p>\n

  1. Click Issues on your dashboard<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Resolved Issues tab<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Details button<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Review tab<\/li>\n
  5. Post your review<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Two<\/strong><\/p>\n

    When an issue has been completed, a pop-up box will appear asking you to leave your review.<\/p>\n

    Can I edit my review once it has been submitted?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    No, once you have submitted your review it cannot be edited. For any queries, please contact us.<\/p>\n
