The Yeehlow platform allows tenants to review their landlord every time an issue has been resolved. Reviews are private between the tenant and landlord and will not be published live for others to see. The aim is to improve service levels so that your landlord can see what doing great or how they can improve.
How do I make a review?
- Click my property in your dashboard
- Scroll down the issues section
- Click resolved issue tab
- Click details on the resolved issue you wish to review
- Click the review tab
- Click submit when finished
You can rate the service by response, communication and how the issue was resolved. You can also provide additional comments.
Can I edit my review once it has been submitted?
No, when you have summited a review you cannot go back and edit.
